The center’s engineers know the device, the nuances of operation and typical breakdowns of all models on the market. In some situations, the problem can be solved remotely via video conference. If not, we will tell you how to send the miner to a service center.

The warranty does not apply if the equipment is damaged due to misuse. Therefore, carefully study the operating conditions of your miner.

If the miner is located in our data center, you can rest assured: we strictly comply with the manufacturer’s requirements and are fully responsible for the uninterrupted operation of ASICs. In case of problems, we fix it on the spot.
